Biography

How to Start a Bodybuilding Career?

In 1988, Justine was born in Ottawa, Canada. She always perceived herself as a little bit of a “tomboy” growing up. She was interested in staying fit and active, but she didn’t have any specific objectives in mind.

She was known at this time by her friends and family as someone who never completed anything. But one day, her perspective completely shifted. She set out on a mission to disprove them.

After some time, Justine started chatting with a personal trainer she had met there.

After learning that he had previously participated in the bodybuilding stage, he immediately persuaded Justine to follow suit.

But because she was known as a tomgirl, Justine had never given this any thought previously.

She chose to try it anyhow since it gave her the chance to change who she was and start over.

Turning to the Stage for Bodybuilding

In the gym, Justine started working out hard with her trainer.

She was committed to achieving success in her bodybuilding endeavors because she understood that doing so would give her the foundation she needed to keep setting new fitness records.

She was soon prepared to enter the bikini competition. Justine won the audience choice award in her debut competition in April 2009 after coming in first place.

In her life, this was a proud time. Justine continued to go forward from this point on, ready for more success.

A Path to Success

In 2010, Justine started getting ready for the CBBF Canadian National Championships. She put a lot of effort into getting here and was determined to give it her all.

She quickly finished first under the direction of her trainer. She was able to obtain her Pro Card as a result.

Justine cited this as one of her most proud moments in bodybuilding after she took first place. She was eager to keep improving after that in preparation for her subsequent competition.

As a result, Justine developed a strong sense of motivation for herself and set out to repeat her previous victory.

By taking first place in the Pittsburgh Pro Bikini tournament in 2011, she was able to accomplish precisely that.

Later appearances in competitions

Justine was able to place in the top three in a number of her tournaments later in her bikini-competing career.

This included the 2012 Pro Bikini events in St. Louis and Houston, where she placed first and second, respectively.

This was due to the diligent work she was doing to follow a suitable nutrition plan and train in the gym.

She was able to stay on track and accomplish all of her fitness goals along the way by staying active during her competition appearances.

Nutrition

Justine chooses nutritious foods so she may keep up her trim figure. She does this by preparing her meals at the beginning of the week so that she can stay on track to meet her fitness objectives.

She does, however, provide some additional incentive for herself by allowing one cheat meal each week.
