Biography

Short Career Of Karina Grau Servin Karina Grau Servin

Karina Grau Servin, who was born in 1986, grew up in a physically active atmosphere and always had her family’s support as she worked toward her athletic objectives.

Around the age of 16, and close to her sophomore year of high school, she enjoyed various sorts of training in the gym for several years. Karina began frequenting the gym with a more serious outlook and objective in mind.

As the weeks evolved into months, Karina got more invested in fitness since she could see the changes in her body over time.

She started looking into diet and exercise. She started flirting with the idea of moving things along at this point, and she did.

Karina Grau Servin had been unknowingly completing the necessary preparations for years to enter her first competition. Karina finally mustered the confidence to register for her very first bodybuilding competition in 2006.

Pro ParaguayKarina Grau Servin

In 2006, Karina finally took the stage for the first time. It was the tournament, in her words, “in which she had the least nerves.” Despite not placing among the top three contestants, Karina claimed to be “exhilarated” following the competition.

She started her nutritionist degree a year later. Karina’s career then began to rapidly move in an “uphill” trajectory. With her newfound understanding of diet, she was finally able to advance her physique.

She was able to bring her best self to the 2012 Miss & Mr. Paraguay competition thanks to all of these factors. Karina’s diligence paid off, as she took first place.

The next three contests weren’t as simple to win. She won three out of four shows that year except for one 13th place finish. She won the Sudamericano at the end of 2012, and then a few months later, she won the 2013 Energy Classic.

The greatest, though, was yet to come. Karina competed in the 2013 Arnold Classic Amateur in Brazil, the hardest tournament she had yet to play in, motivated by her incredible run of success. Karina triumphed against some of South America’s top physiques to get the coveted Pro Card.

Life In The Working World

Karina traveled the globe participating on the professional circuit over the following three years. She won the IFBB Tournament of Champions Pro Figure in San Diego, California, which was one of her most prominent accomplishments at the time.

Karina, however, also brought home other awards from the warm state of California. She also won first place at the 2016 Los Angeles Championships in Culver City and the Pro Figure Los Angeles Championships.

Taking Part In The Olympics

Karina cited her participation in Mr. Olympia as her professional high point. Karina said that at this point, she was able to compete head-to-head with the world’s top athletes.

She competed in the top group of athletes three separate times, in 2014, 2015, and 2016. Karina finished in 12th place at the 2014 Olympia. Karina placed sixteenth in the Mr. Olympia competitions in 2015 and 2016.

Even still, Karina’s performance didn’t place in the top 3. She was still allowed to claim that she was the first Paraguayan female athlete to ever turn professional in the sport’s history. A feat of which she is proud.

“Everyone needs a goal to strive for. You can refer to it as a goal or a task. We are human because of it. We moved from being cavemen to striving for the heavens because of challenges.

Training, (Fitness)

Her shoulders are one of Karina’s favorite body parts. She stated how much fun it is to train them and how quickly they grow.

Karina, on the other hand, needs to work harder because she has spent years working on her abs and glutes because, as she described it, “they don’t grow readily.”

She frequently engages in vigorous, rigorous training as a result. particularly when strengthening her lower body or core muscles.

Karina typically reduces her workout time when preparing for a tournament. She will substitute some sort of physical activity—usually running outside—for that period.

You must manage your own business. Nobody will ever be as driven to achieve your goals as you are.

Nutrition, (Fitness)

Whether she’s training or not, Karina always makes sure she’s feeding her body the appropriate things. She occasionally defies the rules though since she values balance. She claims that she will consume whatever her mind desires. But she’ll also watch out for overeating and bingeing.

Lean proteins like egg whites, whey protein, and even soy make up the majority of her diet. She typically eats oats, veggies, and rice for carbs. Last but not least, Karina gets her daily amount of fat from whole eggs, almonds, and olive oil.

Karina will reduce her carbohydrate intake before a competition. She will swap them out for proteins like chicken and eggs.
