Biography

Kat’s History

Kat Leone has always participated in sports. She has always been an active person who enjoyed being active and participating in different sports with her pals.

As a gymnast and All-Star cheerleader in high school, Kat also displayed her competitive nature. She lived a monotonous life of learning routines, attending competitions, and working out.

However, Kat’s interests started to shift after she received her high school diploma. She relocated to Los Angeles at the age of 16 to pursue a career in the fashion industry.

Return to Fitness

Kat developed a career as a fashion designer over time, eventually rising to the position of design director. She yet felt that something was still missing from her life, despite her achievements.

Kat quickly concluded that she was missing the childhood sports and all the physical exercise that had kept her healthy and content.

Kat decided to start going to the gym in her spare time to start getting back in shape after realizing she couldn’t live without exercise.

Kat has gotten “hooked” on the CrossFit way of life ever since she participated in her first group exercise session. She set numerous personal records over the years and was a five-time CrossFit Regionals competitor, performing at the pinnacle of her sport.
