Kim Angel is a bodybuilder, Olympia contender, and European athlete from Spain. His entry into the fitness sector began with competitive athletics in high school.

But when Kim’s father passed away when he was still a little child, his life took a dramatic shift.

Short Career of Kim Angel

Kim Angel started breakdancing in his mid-teens and continued it until he was 18. Kim also stumbled upon strength training at the gym at this age. Bodybuilding became Kim’s love over time, and it eventually became her full-time pastime.

At this moment, Kim decided to give up breakdancing to focus only on building his physique. Kim made the tough decision to enter the world of bodybuilding since he is a competitive person.

Kim has participated in esteemed competitions since making the switch to bodybuilding.

More specifically, he competed in the Muscular Physique Category at events like the Arnold Classic Europe and the IFBB Amateur Olympia, consistently placing in the top three.

Biography

A Competitor in Sport

Kim Angel was born in Barcelona, Spain, in 1992. Kim fell in love with competitive sports like football and track & field at a young age. He didn’t decide to concentrate on bodybuilding until much later in life.

Death of His Father

Kim’s father passed away when he was still a little child.

Kim claimed that on the day of his father’s demise, he had to decide whether to allow his anguish to overtake him or to fight through it. Kim decided to get past it. I had no choice but to live the life I was given, Kim stated.

Break Dancing

To cope and move on after the death of his father, Kim immersed himself in competitive sports at school. Kim began breaking when he was 10 years old.

Up to the age of 18, this was his main love.

Kim competed at a very high level before switching her attention to strength training and giving up break dancing. His passion for weightlifting and improving his physique was born in this setting.

Competing

Kim began participating in 2014 after putting in months of rigorous training, and at the Olympia Amateur in Malaga, he finished in the seventh position.

He later finished third in the 2015 Arnold Classic Europe and first in the 2016 Arnold Classic Europe, both in the Muscular Physique division.

Getting Inspired

Kim always makes sure that he never loses sight of his objectives. He claims that the loss of his father and the resulting strength contributed to his early success in the bodybuilding business and sports.

Every day, Kim eats six prepared meals. Each meal includes a lean protein source; his favorites are salmon and chicken breast. Oats and sweet potatoes provide the majority of the carbohydrates he consumes.
