Brandon Marshall, a former wide receiver for the American football team who is now a sports television personality, is married to Michi Nogami. After participating in the NFL for a total of 13 seasons, Brandon now co-hosts the Showtime sports program “Inside the NFL.”

After getting married to Brandon, Michi Nogami gained notoriety for the unfortunate news. She is now a prosperous businesswoman, though.

The 30th of November 1983 saw the birth of Michi Leshase Nogami-Marshall. While still a student at the university, she met Brandon Marshall. They both attended the University of Central Florida, which is the same university.

She was a member of the student union and was an involved student at the university. While attending the university, her husband was also heavily involved in athletics.

1. How Michi Nogami Found Her Husband

The couple met and began dating while attending the same university, as was already mentioned. After Brandon proposed to her while they were visiting Hawaii for the 2009 Pro Bowl, they got engaged in 2009.

On July 17, 2010, the couple exchanged vows in a ceremony held at Miami, Florida’s Art Deco Paris Theatre. The tale of their turbulent marriage began with this seal.

2. Michi Nogami Shares Brandon Marshall With Three Children.

Three children have been born to Michi and Brandon. The couple had twins as their first set of children in 2015, and a few years later, in April 2019, they welcomed their third child.

The parents of all three children, the couple is proud and delighted.

3. She was a forensic expert at work

Michi decided to become a stay-at-home mother after getting married to Brandon and having his children. She did, however, previous work as a forensic behavioral specialist.

Despite leaving her job, she picked up a new interest that she is dutifully pursuing and running quite successfully.

4. She was taken into custody for domestic abuse

Michi’s arrest was made possible by a 2011 incident in which she was charged with stabbing her husband in the stomach. Despite the court’s restraining order, this act took place. Brandon and their home were to remain 500 feet apart from Michi.

Just two years before this incident, the couple had made headlines when Brandon was arrested for fighting with her physically while she was still engaged to him.

The charges against him were dropped, and the following day he was granted bail and released.

But after a day in jail, Michi was released on bond, and her husband made a full recovery after a quick procedure and a few days.

5. Her Husband Has Frequently Been Arrested

Brandon Marshall has a long history of transgressions. It covers everything from criminal offenses to domestic abuse and other things.

Halloween of 2004 marks the start of Brandon’s string of crimes that landed him in trouble with the law. While still a student, Brandon was detained for assaulting a law enforcement officer. He was also charged with resisting an officer, disorderly conduct, and refusing to comply.

He was accused of domestic violence on March 26, 2007, by Rasheeda Watley, his ex-girlfriend. Rasheeda repeatedly accused Brandon of domestic violence. Brandon had been charged with domestic violence six times between 2006 and 2008.

The police frequently found the couple during their relationship with bruises on their bodies.

On October 22nd of that year, Brandon was detained in the Denver-Aurora metropolitan area after being caught drunk driving.

He received a ticket for an illegal lane change, failure to have a license, and failure to have insurance on June 12, 2008.

He was charged with battery on September 17th, 2008, for an incident that occurred in Atlanta, Georgia, earlier that year.

Then on March 11, 2012, he was charged with assault and being a party to a brawl after allegedly hitting a woman in the face at a club in New York.

6. Brandon, Michi’s husband, is a borderline personality disorder

Brandon Marshall revealed on July 31, 2011, that he had recently received a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder. He declared that he had begun his treatment and that he intended to use his social media presence to raise awareness of the illness. He said he wanted to help others who were going through similar things.

Brandon even went so far as to collaborate with organizations and foundations to spread knowledge and lessen the stigma associated with the illness. He also wants to inspire those who have it to take good care of themselves.

He started a nationwide awareness campaign for a mental illness called “Who Can Relate.”

This diagnosis has been used as a justification for Brandon’s violence over the years, even though reading his biography reveals that he grew up in a violent household where he witnessed his parents abusing one another in front of him.

7. She Enjoys Fashion

The 38-year-old Michi is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys fashion in addition to being a forensic behavioral specialist and helping people who have and live with psychological issues get better.

She also enjoys fashion, as evidenced by the posts on her social media accounts. She enjoys modeling stunning clothing by prestigious brands and participates in fashion shows, including runway walks. She owns the “House of Athletes” clothing brand.

8. Mich Nogami Performs Charitable Works

Philanthropy is another interest she has. Michi has teamed up with her husband, additional businesses, and foundations to assist those in need. She actively participates in her husband’s awareness campaign and works to lessen the suffering and stigma experienced by those dealing with various forms of mental illness.
