Short Career of Lauren Herrera
She practices five days a week, sometimes even twice a day, as a competitive athlete. Lauren incorporates mobility exercises, high-intensity cardio, weightlifting, and conditioning work into her workouts.
Lauren can perform at a high level all year long thanks to the combination of these workouts, and she is constantly up for a new challenge in her CrossFit competitions.
