Lewis Hamilton Workout Routine
One of the drivers that have promoted racing and attracted a new generation of young fans to F1 racing is Lewis.
We are aware of how constrained these sports are, but Lewis is now becoming well-known and undoubtedly attracting large crowds to watch him compete.
This brings us to the issue Lewis advocates for staying fit. What does Lewis do to maintain his readiness, then?
The first is the routine driving schedule; as you are aware, F1 racers need to train their necks the most because the strain is so intense during turns.
Then, I discovered numerous postings on his Instagram where Lewis discussed working hard and improving.
Finally, Lewis’ remarks in the Men’s Health interview served as the last explanation for his workout. Lewis has covered every aspect of his recovery strategy there.
Lewis claimed that he was always a tiny child who needed to put in a lot of work in the gym to bulk up and put on weight.
He cannot, however, put on a lot of muscle as he is a driver. Gaining a lot of weight would not be helpful and probably hurt your performance. Lewis is sure not to overtrain when he conducts his usual weightlifting.
Other than that, he places a lot of emphasis on cardio since he needs stronger heart muscle during races because the F1 car can reach speeds of over 190kph.
Lewis, therefore, performs numerous sprints and runs to increase his stamina and agility. Then there is Pilates, which helps Lewis maintain a flexible, slim, and muscular body by keeping his core well-structured. To get an even more strong core, he also works out the core individually.
Now that we are familiar with the exercise, I will be providing you with a pattern so you can develop a physique akin to Lewis’.
