Biography (Early Life)

Childhood And Immigration To America

Linda Durbesson was born and reared in Carpentras in the south of France, and she has always been a sports enthusiast. She started learning classical ballet, contemporary jazz dance, martial arts, tennis, and mountain biking when she was just 5 years old.

Growing up, Linda had a strong desire to travel and experience other cultures. She took the bold step of moving to the United States in 2010 to live with her partner in Florida.

However, after the relocation, her romance quickly came to an end, leaving her alone in a foreign land.

She had trouble adjusting to her new environment and couldn’t speak English very well. Having no relatives or friends to lean on, Linda developed sadness and anxiety in her early twenties.

She was going through a difficult time in her life, but she eventually discovered the solution: fitness.

She enrolled in an American college to further her education since she refused to go back to France as a failure.

With a strong desire to have her ideal figure, she started working out at the age of 31 and decided to pursue a master’s degree in personal training. The future fitness sensation had discovered the drive to move past her circumstance and start her path.

Meal 1: Three egg whites plus one whole egg, 1.5 cups oatmeal, and 1/4 of either raspberries or kiwis

Meal 2: Spinach and 4-5 oz. turkey breast

Meal #5: Green beans and 4-6 oz. of tilapia
