However, Lola’s initial objective was simply to get back into shape after having two kids.

But as Lola Montez worked out more, the more she fell in love with fitness; as a result, she started competing full-time and serving as an example for other female athletes.

I want to motivate both amateur and professional athletes by demonstrating that it’s possible to feel hot and have a strong, attainable physique.

After having my two boys, fitness has always had such a wonderful impact on my life and is now my absolute passion.

She doesn’t always lift heavy, though; instead, she concentrates on having a flawless technique for each rep.

Exercise Legs

Lola Montez

Lola enjoys including a few sets of leg exercises in each session, regardless of the body region she is working out. As she put it;

No matter the body area I’m working in, I always make sure to complete at least one leg workout. Whether something occurs at the start or conclusion of that day. Just keep those legs moving, please. (Lola Montez)

Nutrition (Diet Plan)

Lola understands the importance of diet to her career as a competitive athlete.

She eats healthy foods all year long and hardly ever “cheats.” This enables her to get ready for competitions rapidly.

When Lola wants to put on more muscle, she will occasionally consume more calories, but she will never skimp on her food’s quality.

However, Lola disagrees that everyone should adhere to a rigorous diet. She advises those who don’t compete to live a leisurely lifestyle and reward themselves occasionally.
