Biography

Beginning a Fitness Journey

Lone was born and raised in Norway. She developed a passion for dance and felt destined to perform in front of an audience.

Despite having a naturally slim physique from working out in dance class, Lone started to dislike how thin she looked. She started looking into and learning how to build lean muscle mass at this point, which finally led her to the gym.

In 2011, Lone started her fitness adventure at the age of 16.

Inaugural Competition

Lone worked hard to acquire an excellent physique during the following year, and by the time she reached 17, she was prepared for the stage since she had a solid foundation from which to build her muscles.

It didn’t take long for Lone to be posing as a Bikini Fitness model in front of the judges at the 2012 Amateur Norway Open.

Despite competing against more seasoned athletes, Lone’s dedication paid off, and she won the competition and took home the award.

The young woman was then determined to build a reputation for herself in the fitness business, and this dream start inspired Lone to commit her future to the sport.

More Achievement

Lone competed in her second show, the 2012 Norwegian Championships, just a few months after experiencing triumph at her debut competition. However, she wasn’t done yet.

Lone competed in 3 more events over the following 2 years, repeating her success and adding 2 more prizes to her first haul.

Individual Training

To connect with her admirers and promote her services as a fitness teacher, Lone set up a website and social media accounts in 2014.

“Bodybuilding and fitness are visual sports where appearance is everything. It’s challenging; you must work hard and maintain your concentration.

Since she started her adventure in 2011, Lone has engaged in consistent gym training, working out five days per week.
