- 4 tilapia fillets (defrosted if frozen)
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon dill fresh
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 ½ tablespoon mayonnaise or dressing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- seasoning salt and pepper
- Set the oven rack to the highest position and turn the broiler on high.
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, excluding the fish. Place aside.
- Put the tilapia fillets on a pan with foil. For 3 minutes, broil.
- Take out of the oven, turn over, and distribute the parmesan mixture over the tilapia’s raw sides.
- Return to the oven and broil the fish for a further three to four minutes, being careful not to overcook it.
