Biography of Marc Lobliner

Multiple Traumas

Due to his weight as a child, Marc Lobliner experienced bullying at school. Additionally, he had to deal with tragedy early in his life when he saw his father pass away from a brain aneurysm.

When I was a senior in high school, I can still remember returning from football practice to find my apartment occupied by paramedics. My dad experienced a stroke.

It wasn’t the first, either. He experienced his first stroke while on a business trip to Arizona. I sobbed for many hours. I saw him die, and it was all because he neglected to look after himself.

Needless to say, these incidents had a significant impact on Marc’s life.

He didn’t let them break him, though; instead, he used the sport he loved to play football as a means of escaping reality. Marc developed into one of his team’s top football players during high school.

Football and College

Marc began going to the gym when he was 14 years old to advance his football abilities. Over the years, he made significant progress in his fitness, and as a result, he was given the chance to enroll at California Lutheran University.

Marc enrolled in the university but soon left after realizing it wasn’t what he wanted to do. Later, he received a degree from a different college in Columbus.

Moving on to Business and Fitness

Marc increasingly embraced the fitness lifestyle while working as a personal training coordinator at a nearby gym during his time in college.

He soon began working for Weider Publications, where he spent the following five years serving as the director of various sectors.

Marc has ventured into entrepreneurship and management by working as a marketing consultant for a variety of businesses.

Macronutrient Equilibrium

Marc consumes a lot of fat and protein and only obtains his carbs from complex sources like potatoes and oats.

However, when he wants to stay lean or lose fat, he will cut back on his fat consumption. As a result, his overall macronutrient ratio will be 20 to 60 grams of fat, 300 to 500 grams of protein, and 800 to 1 000 grams of carbohydrates.
