Biography (Early Life)

Young Age

Marisa, who was born in the USA in 1976, had a passion for athletics at a young age. She practiced gymnastics as a child and became proficient in it.

In the gym, Marisa was inspired by a female bodybuilder; she was impressed by her figure and set her sights on sculpting a physique resembling that of the bodybuilder.

Beginning A Fitness Journey

Marisa Inda

Marisa Inda joined her first powerlifting competition the next year after increasing her strength in the “big 3 exercises” (deadlift, squats, and bench press). Marisa’s victory over the other competitors and receipt of the trophy was impressive.

At this point, the child began imitating the movements and forms of the more seasoned athletes as they moved about the gym.

She developed an attractive physique as a result of her perseverance, and her friends soon persuaded her to start competing in fitness competitions.

In 1994, Marisa appeared on stage wearing a bikini.

Swimsuit Athlete

Marisa Inda competed in various amateur bodybuilding competitions in 1994 at the age of 18. But she had a bad time with things.

Marisa lost interest in competing as a bikini athlete after finishing poorly; she was dissatisfied with the subjective nature of such competitions and desired a sport that was more results-based.

She concluded that weightlifting in the gym was her genuine passion, so she concentrated on growing stronger and stopped watching fitness shows. Her foray into powerlifting truly began at this point.
