Biography
Young Years
Since she was a young girl, Maya had always been interested in exercise. Her mother always made sure she ate well so she could stay healthy while she and her father would go on lengthy treks.
She participated in a variety of activities when she lived in Australia, but things didn’t start to alter until after a difficult separation.
Maya relocated to London, England in 2013 from Australia to start again, but for the first time in her life, she started to lose her commitment to fitness. Her self-assurance vanished, and she soon started to gain weight.

Maya realized she needed to start exercising again. She started working out again after meeting some pals at her neighborhood gym without any trepidation.

One cardio day each week, consisting of sprint sessions lasting a half-hour is what she does for exercise. She spends the remainder of her week primarily working on her lower body strength and lifting weights.
