Getting Inspired

These new acquaintances assisted her in acclimating to her new environment and returning to her passion for fitness.

“I started doing weights and started to even out my shape. My confidence increased along with my physical strength.

The only thing that kept me sane through those first lonely months in a foreign country was working out and rediscovering my love for my body.

If it weren’t for exercise, I genuinely think I would have given up and gone home. It has genuinely altered my life.
