Biography

Young Years

Miihier Singh was raised in a typical family in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and developed a lifelong love of cricket.

He traveled to London, UK, to pursue a diploma in business administration after spending many years playing sports and going to school. He did, however, enroll in career-oriented nutrition and fitness courses as a result of his passion for exercise.

Miihier played cricket for his college’s first division team while he was living in London. Later, as he became older, he moved up to the under 16s of the Surrey County Cricket Club.

But as he developed and invested more time in cricket, he realized that this wasn’t the life he desired. According to Miihiier, “My goal was to perform at a first-class level and subsequently rise through the ranks as is customary.

I even began working at Dena Bank, but I soon realized that earning Rs. 15,000 per month while traveling around with my kitbag was not what I wanted out of life.

Between Cricket and Fitness

Miihiier said, “The transition from cricket to fitness was never intentional. Fitness is an integral part of any sport, especially cricket.” He continued, “A nutritional diet has always been a part of my life and thus, the gradual transition.”

He changed his focus from cricket to fitness and then decided to give competition “a try.”

He entered the Men’s Physique Open division of the 47th Asian Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Championship with barely six weeks’ notice and finished fourth overall.

He continued to participate, winning a silver medal at the World Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Championship in Hungary, using his early success as inspiration.
