Mikayla Zazon, commonly known as “Mik” or “Mik. fit,” developed a love for fitness at a young age and went on to become a highly regarded high school soccer player.
Short Career of Mikayla Zazon
Mikalya’s hopes of becoming a professional soccer player were, however, dashed one day when Mikayla Zazon was forced to retire from the sport due to persistent injuries.
From that moment on, Mikayla’s life began to slide downward, and by the time she reached her senior year of high school, she was dealing with frequent headaches, despair, and anxiety.
Later on, Mikayla was able to fully recuperate and move past her hardest moments. She developed into a sponsored athlete, personal trainer, and powerlifter during the process.

Biography
Football Days
Mikayla Zazon’s involvement in sports dates back to her early years. She started playing soccer when she was 10 years old and fell in love with leading an athletic lifestyle.
She quickly established herself as a nationally ranked soccer player thanks to her commitment, and she has ambitions to play professionally.
However, Mikayla’s growth on the soccer field was soon hampered by numerous injuries.
Mikayla began to experience knee issues, which required her to sit out for a considerable amount of time. She underwent three knee surgery by the time she was 14 years old.
When Mikayla started experiencing concussions while playing soccer, things became worse.
Her physicians were concerned and told Mikayla that soccer was perhaps doing her more damage than good. Mikayla was forced to say her final goodbyes to playing soccer when she turned 16 years old.
When Her Life Began To Fall Apart
Mikayla’s decision to stop playing soccer caused her to develop social anxiety. By the conclusion of high school, Mikayla had very few friends since she had focused so much on her athletic goals.
You hang around with the people you grew up with, as Mikala puts it. I played soccer with my childhood team, but when I had to give up, I quickly lost touch with them.
Mikalya’s situation subsequently took a turn for the worse when she was identified as having a “post-concussive syndrome.”
This meant that as a result of her brain injuries, she started to experience a variety of adverse effects, including learning challenges, sadness, and recurrent migraines.
Mikayla regrettably experienced bullying during this time, which had a detrimental effect on her self-esteem. To advance in her life, Mikayla ultimately had to transfer to a different school.
Losing Interest In Athletics
Mikayla was no longer a very active person because she was no longer able to play sports. Instead, she focused her attention on her academic work as well as the recovery from her concussion concerns.
Mikayla paid little attention to her diet while she was recovering. Mikayla was sedentary, and her bad eating habits soon caught up with her.
She gained over 40 pounds while she was out of the game, making it difficult for her to fit into many of her clothes.
Mikayla, however, came to understand one day how profoundly her life had altered as a result of being forced to stop playing soccer.
At this moment, Mikayla truly realized how much weight she had put on, and she decided to change her lifestyle.
Health Concerns
Mikayla took action to reclaim the athletic appearance she had acquired while playing soccer after realizing that her life had taken a downward turn.
She turned to her parents for guidance, who advised her to start eating healthily and working out.
Then Mikayla started using a nutrition plan that severely limited her calorie intake. She was able to shed a significant amount of weight quickly while also gaining a lean, toned physique by following her new diet and exercising regularly in the gym.
Mikayla’s mood, however, was significantly altered. She also had very little to no energy. She began to fight often with her parents as a result, and her relationships with her friends and family also suffered.
The state of Mikayla’s health deteriorated noticeably throughout this time. When she was at her lowest, she overdid the calorie restriction and developed a severe eating disorder.
Until one day, when Mikayla sought assistance to live a positive life when everything started to change.
Getting Back To Her Active Lifestyle
To get past the bad parts of her life, Mikayla spent a month traveling throughout India. With no access to a phone or the internet, she effectively disappeared from public view. Mikayla was able to give herself a fresh start and conquer her eating disorder as a result of the extraordinary lengths she went to.
Mikayla developed a liking for trekking and kayaking while she was living in India. Mikayla was able to regain her drive for an active lifestyle as a result of her newfound sporting interests.
This eventually led her to discover powerlifting, a sport in which she currently excels, setting personal records along the way like a 305-pound squat, a 195-pound bench press, and a 405-pound deadlift.
Mikayla has gained enormous popularity on social media since she started to tell her story there, inspiring people all around the world. She has also obtained her certification as a personal trainer and as a sponsored athlete.
