Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown posted a video of her partnership with Essentia Water. She shared with her fans about how she starts each day. She also revealed on how she manages to stay adequately hydrated throughout the day.

Actress Millie Bobby Brown is talented and beautiful. And now, she has posted a video that reveals that she has partnered with Essentia Water. In this video, the actress was answering questions that her fans had submitted to her. And in one of the answers, the star told her fans about her daily morning routines. The actress also talked about how she ensures and stays hydrated throughout the day.
What does the actress do the first thing in the morning after waking up? She said that she drinks copious amounts of water. The actress shared:
“That’s actually [not] a lie, I actually do drink water when I first wake up,”
This is followed by a routine which is sort of typical one. She revealed that she gets out of bed, looks at her image in the mirror and then puts on her contact lenses. Millie added:
“I’ll maybe put a little bit of mascara on, put my hair back, put my clothes on, brush my teeth of course, put some lip balm on and head out the door … usually still in my pajamas, I’m not even going to lie!”
Importance of hydration
Continuing the video, Millie went on to explain the importance of staying hydrated in the day. One loses water in the day through different routes. We respire and there is some water loss there in the form of water vapour. Then we urinate and lose water. We perspire and that is another exit of body water. This water loss is more in summers and with exercise. All this water loss should be adequately replenished.
Millie revealed that she has a passion for staying hydrated. That helps her to keep her skin moisturized. That inspired her to create her own skin care line called Florence by Mills. In a press release, she had said:

“Learning how to take better care of my skin—especially after years of wearing heavy makeup on set—inspired me to help others my age to do the same.”

For proper and sufficient hydration, Millie keeps water handy. She always has a water filled water bottle in her bag that she keeps refilling. This water bottle helps her in maintaining hydration even on the busiest of her workdays.
