Biography
Early Years
Roberto and Annie Aste welcomed Morgan Aste into the world on August 26, 1983, in Clermont-Ferrand, France.
He lived in Vice-Le-Comte and Lissac throughout his formative years, when he developed an early interest in athletic competition.
A Passion for Bodybuilding
As a youngster, Aste got interested in several activities, such as handball, judo, boxing, and muay Thai.
This made it possible for him to have an exceptional body, leading to frequent inquiries about his weight-lifting regimen.
Aste started weightlifting when he was 16 because he rapidly realized that his superb physique might be improved.
He quickly gained size, and by the time he was 20 years old, he weighed a substantial 195 pounds.
To The Professional Stage, We Turn
After gaining some significant growth in his early years of weight training, Aste advanced his bodybuilding career in 2000.

Training
