NCT Jaehyun Workout Routine

Jaehyun is quite a fit and healthy individual. However, that doesn’t mean that working out or staying in shape gets simpler for the singer.

Different things happen with Jaehyun that make his weight vary between the shoots and when they are on live broadcasts. Jaehyun is the type of person that loves to eat, thus to preserve that lean figure, he does need to work out.

Now when it comes to working out, there are two key things that Jaehyun concentrates on while working out. The first one is the dance practice.

As we know, all Kpop performers need to study dancing, and it’s the fundamental ability that they need to have. To keep it, they need to practice virtually every day or at least five days a week to acquire the outcomes.

During the day, the dancing practice goes for around an hour to two hours quickly. Sometimes, even more, when they are performing it for the live sessions.
