Biography

Short Career of Nick BareNick Bare

Nick Bare began working out in his early adolescence. Nick was going through a significant eating disorder recovery during this time, which hurt every aspect of his life.

According to Nick, “I started my fitness journey as a young teen, recovering from an eating disorder and shifting my attention to a better and happy me.”

Nick began working out in the gym and keeping a close eye on his food to hasten the healing process.

Nick initially appeared to be making little progress in overcoming his illness. Nick didn’t give up though.

He persisted in gaining as much knowledge as he could about nutrition and weightlifting, reiterating his resolve to overcome his eating disorder and grow into the healthiest and strongest version of himself.

Nick eventually overcame the eating disorder because of his determination. And his body looked better than it ever had. Nick appeared thinner, stronger, and more muscular after years of weightlifting.

Nick decided to pursue a nutrition degree after enrolling in college, spurred on by his physical development.

During this time, Nick continued to learn more about nutrition and leading a healthy lifestyle, which helped him advance his gains in the gym.

Nick then decided to enter the Army ROTC program in the middle of his undergraduate career, and after graduating from the program, he began working as an Infantry Officer.

Nick completed his education at the U.S. Airborne School, Army Ranger School, and Air Assault School while he was still on active duty.

Later, he was promoted to the role of Infantry Platoon Leader and began working with some of the top American leaders and men.

I had the good fortune to lead an infantry platoon for two years with some of the best soldiers and non-commissioned officers I’ve ever worked with.

He just began posting his lifestyle, exercise, and nutrition films on online video sites, which increased his popularity and allowed him to realize his aim of establishing a lucrative career in fitness.

Today, I operate my enterprises from the gym and expose the details of my life, career, and fitness journey online.

Training (Workout)

Nick Bare favors the traditional heavy-weight, high-volume strategy of training to gain size and strength.

Nick specifically attempts to complete 8 to 12 reps per set with the biggest weight he is capable of lifting. He will perform three to five sets of each exercise, the first two of which will be compound movements.

Nick seldom does the same workout twice. He enjoys switching up his routines frequently since it prevents him from reaching progress plateaus and adds interest to his activities.

Nutrition (Diet Plan)

Nick adheres to a basic, uncomplicated nutrition regimen, much like he does with his workouts.

He consumes a variety of meals that are high in vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, and proteins. These foods include fish, lean hog meat, dark green veggies, and blueberries.

For supplements, Nick takes pre-workout, protein, and a BCAA supplement. In the unlikely event that he cannot obtain these nutrients through his food, he will occasionally take a multivitamin or a fish oil capsule.

Influences And Idols

Nick had to largely act as his influence during his rehabilitation phase. In the end, it came down to a “war” of will. Nick realized that he had to follow a fitness and diet regimen no matter what challenges he faced if he wanted to get healthy again.
