Nick Walker, the bodybuilder

The American star, Nick Walker is a famous bodybuilder. He is 27 years old now and hails from New Jersey in the USA. Nick had a traumatic childhood. When he was a child, he was molested.

He entered into drugs and alcoholism. Later, he realized that this was wrong. He found lifting weights soothing. This was during his high school days and he felt proud when the crowd cheered for him. He kept pushing himself and earned medals. He says:

There are lights at the end of every dark tunnel, you just have to be able to find it. No one is going to find it for you.”

Nick took this up as a profession and is happy now. His height is 5 feet and 7 inches and his weight is 113 kg. He needs a wholesome and high-protein diet to maintain his body and athletic muscles.
