Bikini’s competitor, fitness model, powerlifter, and personal trainer with NASM certification is Noel Arevalo.

During a challenging time in her life, she discovered fitness and used weights as a way to escape the challenging issues she had to deal with.

Noel Arevalo engages in weight training five or six times per week according to a set schedule. Additionally, on three of those days, you did cardio.

She bumps up the frequency of her aerobic workouts to five times per week in preparation for a bikini competition.

When it comes to her favored forms of cardio, Noel enjoys variety. She alternates between doing HIIT alone and HIIT in conjunction with steady-state cardio.

Green vegetables including spinach, lettuce, kale, and broccoli are a large part of her diet. She consumes quinoa, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, and occasionally potatoes as carbohydrates.

She consumes lean meat, chicken, and turkey for her protein needs. While good fats are found in things like nut butter, avocados, and egg yolks.
