Training

Noel Arevalo engages in weight training five or six times per week according to a set schedule. Additionally, on three of those days, you did cardio.

She bumps up the frequency of her aerobic workouts to five times per week in preparation for a bikini competition.

When it comes to her favored forms of cardio, Noel enjoys variety. She alternates between doing HIIT alone and HIIT in conjunction with steady-state cardio.
