Biography
Young Years
Obi Obadike was born and reared in Southern California, America. He always enjoyed sports growing up, but because he was so tiny, he experienced verbal bullying in high school.
The future icon was ultimately inspired by this to go to the gym and start lifting weights. Obi started his ascent to the top of the fitness world at the age of 16 in 1992.
Modeling
Obi started to develop a really attractive body by the time he was 18 years old, in 1994. At this point, he started to pursue a career as a model.
That year, he was hired for his first job in a national advertising campaign and went on to appear in two more commercials for respected businesses.
But sports have been his obsession ever since he was a young adolescent. Obi set his sights on becoming a professional athlete after his successful foray into the modeling world.
