Beginning a Fitness Journey

Pamella was born and raised in Belém (Pará), Brazil, and around the age of 15, she started to dislike her physique. She refused to wear skirts to expose her legs since she felt self-conscious about them.

Pamella started lifting weights in the gym in 2009, determined to build a body she could be proud of.

Over the following seven years, she not only earned a law degree from college but also developed an amazing figure that was appreciated by followers all over the world.

Pamella amassed a sizable fan base by the time she was 23 and rose to fame online.


Due to the constraints of her job, Pamella doesn’t follow a structured training regimen; instead, she works out in the gym whenever she can.

She does, however, attempt to work out at least five days a week, giving herself the weekends to unwind and indulge in some indulgent meals.
