The research team compared the quantity and quality of life of people on peanuts with those who did not consume these nuts.

The former group members were less likely to die from any cause particularly heart disease compared to the second group.

This shows that peanuts give a person more and healthier life years. Other large-scale studies had similar findings. These too revealed that the nuts added more years to the consumer’s life.
