A health and fitness expert Sarah Campus reveals what healthy diet Queen Camilla eats to look fantastic and fit at age of 75 years.
Queen Camilla and her diet
Queen Camilla is 75 years of age now. But she is still slim and fit. How does she manage to look so gorgeous? How is she able to get the energy for her several royal engagements and duties?
Sarah Campus is a personal trainer and a diet coach. She spoke to Express UK about how Queen Camilla manages her day to day routine. Camilla’s diet is varied, balanced, and colorful, says Sarah. Additionally, she maintains a rigid exercise routine that helps her stay fit. Sarah revealed:
“Queen Camilla leads a healthy, active lifestyle and is consistent with it. She is [likely] balanced with her eating without restrictions and eats organic quality foods. She gets quality sleep and enjoys the outdoors.”
“And she also has an exercise watch, a FitBit, which helps her track her activity levels. It is also thought that Queen Camilla may use a collagen supplement as well such as Correxiko – a premium marine-based collagen which is shown to be beneficial for healthy joints, skin and anti-ageing.”
Sarah gives details of Camilla’s eating habits
Sarah adds that Camilla is fond of fresh produce. She disclosed:
“The Queen Consort leads a very healthy lifestyle with her husband King Charles. Camilla particularly enjoys eating hearty meals using fresh produce, a lot actually which is produced on their estate.”
“At the age of 75, Camilla’s complexion is glowing and a lot of this is likely down to what she consumes being so organic, colourful and varied. In terms of their nutrition however Camilla is a huge fan of eggs, particularly scrambled which are from King Charles’s own chickens in Highgrove.”
Camilla’s son, Tom Parker Bowles is a chef himself. He had said that his mother loves scrambled eggs.
Camilla’s lunch and dinner
Sarah gave details of Camilla’s lunch:
“For lunch, Camilla likely aims to include as many good fats as possible from sources such as avocados, fish and almonds, all of which again would contribute to her glowing complexion.”
“Camilla believes in a balanced diet without restrictions and doesn’t believe in any of the fad diets,”
Camilla calls dieting ridiculous. She feels that social media and the fashion world has added to the craze of dieting and extreme thinness. She feels that omitting dairy foods can cause brittle bones and ill health. Hence she does not restrict any foods in her diet.
For dinner, Camilla has lamb and other leftovers like a shepherd’s pie. She also loves chicken casseroles, baked salmon, steaks, and roast chicken. Both husband and wife are thrifty and economical, says her former chef Carolyn Robb.

For snacks, Camilla keeps it healthy. She likes sweets and even peas fresh from the pods. Unlike King Charles who is into veganism, Camilla believes in a balanced diet.
