I wanted to share this easy peach salad that I cooked a few weeks ago with the best Texas peaches and plums that I brought home from the farmer’s market before we set out for the day.
With the best peaches, I like to make exactly this kind of food that isn’t a recipe.
Although I adore recipes like this grilled (which is also one of our most well-liked), there’s something about the early summer peaches that are so unique to me that make me want to taste them for the delicate little gems that they are.
For the first course of a summery Sunday dinner, this salad is ideal. However, I’ve completely lost all concept of time and day, so I guess this is a Monday salad.
Use all of the peaches you have and wing the rest by eye; there are no measurements required. Ciao!
