French fitness model, bikini competitor, and lifestyle blogger Rebecca Burger were well-known. Growing up, she played volleyball competitively and in her early years joined the French national squad.

Taking advantage of her success in sports, Rebecca immediately began weightlifting in the gym. Biography

Rebecca’s Childhood

Rebecca Burger was raised in France, where she was born and raised, and there she developed a love of athletics at a young age. Rebecca’s love of volleyball started when she was a young girl and continued through high school.

Rebecca started putting up impressive volleyball performances in high school. She consequently received a spot on the national volleyball squad. As she put it, “Sport and conditioning have always played a huge part in my life. I played volleyball for many years at the French national level.”

Learning About Weightlifting

Rebecca lost interest in volleyball as she neared the end of her academic career because she thought it lacked the unique potential for her desired level of success. She completely gave up playing volleyball because of her desire for achievement.

When Rebecca was looking for a new challenge, she discovered bodybuilding. “When I quit playing volleyball, I chose to go to the gym to continue my activity,” she said of weight training as the greatest approach to keep active.

Rebecca’s enthusiasm for her new activity grew throughout her training. Rebecca quickly immersed herself completely in the fitness lifestyle thanks to her swift development in the gym and her recently discovered enthusiasm for weightlifting.

Taking Up Competition

After months of studying nutrition and exercise, Rebecca felt ready to step onto the fitness stage and compete in bodybuilding shows in 2013.

Rebecca set about making plans with a new objective in mind. She competed in the Grand Prix Gym and Co in France a few months later and came in second.

Rebecca was motivated to compete at an even higher level after feeling proud of her first-ever performance on stage. She participated in eight shows over the course of the next two years. Her best outcomes during this time were;

  • 2014 French National Bikini Champion of the IFBB
  • Canadian semifinalist at the 2014 IFBB Fitness World Championship
  • Top 10 competitors out of 46 in the 2015 Arnold Classic Amateur USA

Exercise Modeling

Rebecca started modeling for fitness brands after finding success as a fitness competitor. When a modeling agency called her for work and offered her the chance to establish herself in the profession, she got lucky.

Rebecca took full advantage of the modeling agency’s offer. She consequently gained notoriety as a fitness model.

Sadly, Death

Rebecca Burger passed away on June 18, 2017, as a result of a tragic accident. Rebecca used a whipped cream dispenser while she was at home with her family. The device erupted into her upper chest area, causing cardiac arrest and left Rebecca dead at the site.

After Rebecca’s sudden death startled her admirers and the world, Rebecca’s family uploaded an official photo on her social media sites two days later, outlining what had transpired.

  • Step Ups on a Bench, 4 sets of 15 reps
  • Hamstring Curls, 4 sets of 15 reps
  • Stiff-Legged Deadlifts, 4 sets of 15 reps
  • Donkey Kicks, 4 sets of 15 reps

Friday:

  • 30 Minutes HITT Cardio
  • Upper Body Circuit

Saturday:

Favorite Glutes Exercises

Despite having glutes that were always well-developed, Rebecca said. Her glutes hadn’t grown to their full capacity until she began weight training.

Rebecca worked her glutes hard by performing numerous squats, deadlifts, and isolated workouts.

Abs Practice

Rebecca formerly adhered to the maxim “no diet, no abs.” In other words, if she wanted to have a slender midsection, she always put her diet first.

To achieve the best results, she combined a regular ab practice with a balanced diet. Cable crunches, seated oblique twists, and decline bench sit-ups were some of her favorite ab exercises.

Nutrition

A Healthy Diet

Every two to three hours, Rebecca would have a meal with a healthy balance of the necessary macronutrients. Her diet used to consist of a lot of fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats.

Sugars, processed foods, and only a small amount of sodium were among the foods she avoided.

“It’s crucial to maintain a balanced, interesting, and unintimidating diet. I indulge once or twice a week when it’s “off-season.”
