Biography

Young Years

In her early years, Rebecca played a variety of sports, including soccer and volleyball. She was born in 1988 in Belém, Brazil.

As a result, Rebecca grew up naturally thin; nonetheless, she didn’t start exercising weights in the gym until she was 16 years old, in 2004.

Beginning a Fitness Journey

Rebecca didn’t take long to make significant changes to her body to sculpt a toned figure.

She spent a lot of time working out in the gym during the following five years. She developed a desire for fitness and started to look up to bikini athletes for their dedication and good looks.

Inaugural Competition

Rebecca competed in her debut event in 2014, when she was 19 years old, the Arnold Classic in her native Brazil.

She competed among more seasoned athletes after spending years practicing for her big moment. Despite failing to win her first race, she still managed a very acceptable fourth-place finish in her debut.

The Brazilian was much more motivated as a result to achieve in the field.

First Prize

Rebecca was eager to compete in the 2014 Copa Para after getting a taste of life on stage.

She diligently trained throughout the ensuing months to compete and realize her goal of winning a trophy.

That’s exactly what she did.

Rebecca Ferrari had won the overall championship and finished first in her second competition by the time the show ended.

Card Pro

Riding the high of her victory, Rebecca improved her performance in the gym and set herself the new objective of obtaining her Pro Card.

The bikini athlete had already devoted herself entirely to fitness at this point. She flew to the US to practice and be ready for the 2015 WBFF Las Vegas, which would be her greatest competition to date.

Rebecca shed an astonishing 10 pounds over this time, creating a body fit for the major leagues.

By imitating Sue Lasmar, a fellow countrywoman, Rebecca exceeded all expectations and won the title of Diva Fitness Model at the 2015 WBFF Las Vegas.

But it didn’t end there.

The Brazilian won first place and received a Pro Card, realizing her dream of becoming a professional athlete at the age of 21.

Training

Rebecca uses a five-day split schedule for her workouts, so she doesn’t focus on any particular muscle groups on particular days.
