Strawberry Margaritas are my go-to summer beverage because they are so cold and very icy. A blender and a few basic ingredients are all you need.
Once blended, you can either consume these immediately or freeze them to use as a make-ahead drink that will be ready when you are!
This Strawberry Margaritas recipe is excellent and is both refreshing and very frosty. One of my favorite summertime beverages, and one of the easiest cocktails I’ve made in a while.
You can either combine it and drink it right away, or you can pour it into mason jars and freeze it for a quick margarita fix the next day!
There are not many and they are simple to have on hand. Tequila, Triple Sec, strawberries (fresh and frozen), and ice. Put everything in a blender, and tonight you’re going to Margaritaville!
It can be confusing to choose a good Tequila because there are so many different varieties. Fortunately, because the strawberry taste is the star of this dish, any tequila will do.
I adore strawberries in all forms, but for this dish, I appreciate being able to keep frozen strawberries in my freezer and be prepared at any moment.
Have trouble finding frozen strawberries? To create even another delicious flavor, use your imagination. Mango margaritas are a fantastic substitute.
Or you may combine fruits like Strawberry Kiwi and Mango Strawberry! There are countless options!
Remember that the strawberries in this recipe provide sweetness because they were frozen in a sweetened syrup.
I defrost them just before serving so they are still frozen but not completely solid (you could easily break them apart with a fork). Once all of your ingredients are prepared, place them in a blender and process until smooth. It’s that simple!
While you might believe salting the rim of your glass is not necessary for margaritas, it’s very tasty! You can salt the rim of these Strawberry Margaritas, but I prefer to sugar the rim.
Both are prepared the same way: first, wet the rim of the glass with a lime wedge, then dip it in sugar or salt, depending on your choice.
Remember to add the garnish! All it takes is adding a lime or strawberry circle on the rim. two strawberry margaritas in mason jars for toasting
Making this recipe in advance is a terrific way to keep these margaritas on hand when friends drop by unexpectedly.
Simply fill Mason jars with the blended margarita mixture and freeze. Alcohol will prevent it from completely freezing, resulting in a refreshing slushy delight. They must be let to soften for roughly 10-15 minutes at room temperature; on a hot day, this will take less time.
Put a straw in, get some nachos and salsa, and a frozen strawberry margarita, and you’re ready to party right away!
You’ll prepare this Strawberry Margarita recipe over and over again, so it’ll be one you can easily remember.
