Short Career Of Rickey Moten

Rickey Moten had only recently begun living a competitive lifestyle in 2015. He decided to enter Men’s Physique competitions at this time.

He made this choice, which helped him win the 2016 USA Nationals and become a professional.

However, as his physique continued to advance through his training, Rickey grew too big for the Men’s Physique division.

So, in 2017, he decided to transition to the Classic Physique division, where he has since been making waves.

Strength & Cardio

Rickey Moten had to intensify his exercises once he changed to Classic Physique. Less rest between sets and heavier weights were the result of this. Hard, but not insurmountable, said Rickey.

He would always select compound movements over isolation exercises if given the choice. Squats, deadlifts, and bench presses are among Rickey’s go-to exercises.
