Sandra Radav worked as a Master Trainer and choreographer for Zumba fitness before relocating to the UK.

The walking lunge, knee raise, and hip thrust would be Sandra’s top three workouts. These workouts are ideal for shaping the beach physique she has developed.

Sandra took a while to master the hip thrust, which is another incredibly enjoyable exercise. She truly notices the form it gives to her glutes the following day.

Sandra enjoys playing music while working out. Her claim that music plays a significant role in her life justifies the inclusion of music in her sessions.
