Biography
Short Career of Sarah Grace
Sarah Grace was born and raised in New England, USA, where she had two elder brothers who were “sports-mad” and an athletic father.
They had a profound impact on Sarah, who became passionate about a variety of competitive sports. As Sarah puts it, “I have always enjoyed pushing myself in various activities.”
Sarah received a job offer to work as a ring girl in professional boxing when she was eighteen. She started playing the sport for enjoyment not long after accepting the role.
But after a while, Sarah took the sport more seriously and decided that she wanted to fight professionally. Sarah’s first boxing battle ended in a loss, but she hooked right away.
Sarah expressed her passion for the sport by saying, “I appreciate the technical part of boxing as well as the physical challenge it presents.”
She was able to stomp to her first triumph in the ring later in her boxing career. Sarah defeated a formidable foe against all odds and prevailed as a result. Sarah recalled her victory against the opponent as follows:
“I took home a belt and easily won my bout! Everyone was anxious because they believed my opponent would be quite formidable.
I knew I fought halfway through the first round when I gave her a couple of jabs that caused her head to fall back. When she experienced the force of my jab, her confidence was shaken.
Career In American Football
By 2008, Sarah’s fitness profession had changed as she started competing in the Legends American Football League (formerly known as the Lingerie American Football League).
She quickly established herself as a prominent player in the league. “I was told I was making the team and would be the starting strong safety,” Sarah recalled.
Sarah’s time playing American football abruptly came to an end, though, when she seriously injured her knee while working out.
Sarah was compelled to permanently stop participating in the sport because of the severity of the injury.
She was determined to fully heal despite the damage to her knee and persisted in participating in the competitive sports she loved, despite medical advice to the contrary.
Sarah said this: “The injury was terrible at the time, but it inspired me more than anything to get better.”
Expansion Of Her Horizons
Later on, Sarah was able to put her injuries behind her and transition into the bikini division, winning the 2010 NPC Daytona Cadeau Classic.
Sarah decided to widen her horizons even more by joining CrossFit after competing on the bodybuilding stage. She rapidly found success in the sport as a consequence of her diligence, setting the following records:
- Snatch: 135 pounds
- 285 lbs. deadlift
- Fran – 3:32
- 400-meter sprint: 1:15.
After achieving her fitness objectives, Sarah turned her attention to assisting others by starting her online coaching business. which, ever since its inception, has become stronger.

Sarah enjoys switching between several training techniques to keep her sessions interesting. She remains motivated as a result, maintaining top physical shape all year round.
