Biography
Young Years
Savannah Prez, who was born in Sint-Eloois-Winkel, Belgium, was quite active even as a young child. She enjoyed participating on many basketball teams during high school.
Savannah desired a sport where she could choose the hours because she detested the set training days and hours.
She gave dancing a try after leaving basketball behind, but she was unable to maintain the proper rhythm. She needs a different form of exercise.
Beginning of her Journey
Savannah quickly found herself in a gym and developed a passion for exercise. Savannah cherished having complete control over her workout schedule and the ability to shape her body in whatever she pleased.
She first started working out two to three times per week, doing cardio exercises solely for fitness. But she wasn’t noticing any improvement in her physical appearance.
Savannah only started in bodybuilding when she made friends with athletes at her club. She learned the ropes from her new buddies, who showed her how to lift weights and respect nutrition.
Savannah had, at last, discovered her sporting calling.
“I had met a lot of people in the gym who are engaged in bodybuilding and a friend of mine showed me what helped nutritionally.
After months of doing this, I thought it was time to go with a real coach because I wanted to have a purpose – the Belgian Championship in November 2014”
/inaugural Competition
During the first several months of training, Savannah’s interest in the field grew. She started to follow fitness influencers on social media because she wanted to compete.
The aspiring bikini athlete had already started building an amazing figure. She was inspired by her development and decided to improve her game by hiring a personal trainer.
Under the direction of a qualified coach, Savannah started to make significant strides, and after putting in a lot of work in the gym, she achieved her goal of getting the body of her dreams. She was prepared for the stage by the time she was 19.
Savannah Prez finally chose to compete in the 2014 Belgium Championship after months of planning. She came in second, which was a fantastic result for her first appearance even though she didn’t win.
Initial Success
Savannah was more motivated than ever to win her first challenge after seeing life on stage. After competing in the 2014 Flex Cup as a bikini athlete, she expanded her experience. This ultimately contributed to her first competitive victory.
Savannah had been on her path for two years when she was 20 years old, and her perseverance had finally paid off. Despite taking home the prize from the 2015 Juliette Bergman Cup, she was only beginning.
She continued to succeed after her victory, winning the Overall title and placing first at the 2015 Open Rotterdam Championship. She started to receive praise for her early successes and was discussed in many internet communities.
“I am insanely proud. But I still need that extra little push to do even more and win my first big show”
IFBB and Viral Videos
Savannah didn’t take long to amass a sizable number of social media fans. She had become an internet star, her form being adored all around the world.
Inspired by the support of her supporters, she increased the intensity of her training and focused on bigger competitions because she wanted to motivate other people with her dedication.
Savannah competed in her largest competition to date, the IFBB European Championships Junior Bikini, in May of 2016. She was unable to qualify because she was the youngest competitor and was still juggling life as a college student.
Come on Savannah, that’s the only way to acquire it, show your character, and ask, “Who’s the strongest? When I’m struggling throughout a workout, I tell myself this multiple times.
