Routine For Scanlan Shorthalt Workouts
A gnome bard named Scanlan Shorthalt is supposed to be a fantastic character, but he has already lost his life twice, and I have no idea how many more times he will lose his life.
Scanlan is not strong because of his short stature and average armor class (considering that he is a gnome).
Scanlan also lacks an adequate strength modifier, therefore if you are facing an enemy with a strong AC, he must have roles higher than 11 on each role or he will miss every time.
He could appear to be the incorrect pick, but all of his skills are contained in his spells. Fireballs, magic missiles, Bardic Inspiration, and other items are all on Scanlan’s magic wand.
So he won’t have to worry about getting enough to hit on the role, he can temporarily increase his team’s and his hit points before attacking from behind with magic missiles and fireballs.
Additionally, Scanlan is not as weak as many of you might think given that he has a maximum HP of 183; he is simply susceptible to injury.
Therefore, he has already passed away twice and will surely pass away during the planned camping trip.
So how can you exercise to build the kind of strength that Scanlan possesses? Well, if you want to get fit like Scanlan, I would advise choosing someone else.
You would have to lift a certain amount of weight and concentrate more on activities like trekking and hiking. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you looked well; Scanlan has a charisma rating of 22+ (I’m not sure why?).

Cardio And Outdoor Exercises
Cardio will be the first thing we do in the morning; it can be anything from cycling to running. It would be fine to go trekking or hiking in the neighboring mountains or forests.
There are various things you may do, but I would recommend running for five kilometers every day; it’s fantastic for the entire body and provides a balanced workout.
Strength Training
Four days of mixed weight training will be dedicated to weight training. Since Scanlan Shorthalt isn’t the strongest character, we don’t need to work as hard to lift weights so that you can perform 10-15 reps of light to moderate weight.
