Who Is Scott Baptie?

Scottish port city Aberdeen is home to sports nutritionist and fat loss coach Scott Baptie. Although Scott has been a personal trainer for many years, this wasn’t always his intended career path.

Scott was a passionate sportsman when he was little. Scott was active and powerful, but he wasn’t satisfied with the way his body appeared.

Since his days in primary school, Scott has participated in sports and other activities. Over time, his interests deepened, and Scott began to play various school sports competitively.

“Since I was little, I’ve been interested in athletics, and while in school, I participated in several competitive teams.”

However, Scott’s appearance was something that troubled him constantly. Scott was strong, but he lacked appealing features like muscular abs.

Scott decided to enter the weight room to reduce body fat and increase his muscle mass. His road to physical fitness started at this time.

Scott’s Fitness Journey

Scott knew he would continue working out as soon as he concluded his first session.

Scott became hooked on the fitness lifestyle, particularly weightlifting, because of the rush of pushing his last two reps and the “skin-tearing” muscular pumps.

Scott’s commitment to weightlifting only grew stronger with time, and his physique also improved. In the end, he decided to begin a career in the field, working as a model and personal coach.

Training Program For 9 WeeksScott Baptie

Scott Baptie has been exercising rigorously according to a regimen designed by Flex Lewis’ trainer, Neil Hill. The program lasts 9 weeks in total, following which Scott takes a one-week break to recover from the sheer training intensity.

Scott works out for five days in a row on his chest, arms, legs, back, and shoulders during the first week. In the first week, strong compound movements with 8–10 repetitions are the main focus.

Scott begins combining compounds with isolation exercises in the second week. His rep range now extends to 12 to 14.

The third week, sometimes referred to as the “complete annihilation week,” is the only time Scott uses isolation movements.

As Scott performs up to 50 reps per set, the intensity reaches a whole new level at this point. After the third week, Scott repeats the cycle for a total of nine weeks before taking a week off from exercise.

“You adhere to this cycle for nine weeks before taking a week off. Every time week three arrives, I curse the person who created it positively because it is a killer! Every few days, I mix in a little cardio and abdominal work.

Cardio: Scott’s Perspective

Scott likes to change up his cardio workout program. He will perform all the common cardio workouts in the gym, including the treadmill, bike, and kettlebells.

The activities Scott enjoys doing for cardio outside of the gym include sports, lengthy bike rides, and hiking.

Nutrition

A Diet Rich In Protein

A self-described endomorph, Scott indicates that his body does not handle carbohydrates properly. Scott enjoys eating a diet that is moderate in fat, moderate in carbs, and high in protein.

He eats most of his carbohydrates in the morning and right before doing out. He has more energy as a result, which helps him work out at his peak level.

His other meals consist primarily of items high in protein and rich in omega-3 good fats. In addition, Scott consumes a lot of green vegetables to supplement his diet with the vitamins and minerals he needs.

Whitney Reid, a well-known fitness figure, was one of the earliest influencers on Scott’s fitness quest.

At that point, I decided to try my hand at fitness modeling to advance my love of the gym.
