Who Is Shawn Ramirez?

American professional CrossFit athlete Shawn Ramirez hails from Florida.

One of the most accomplished CrossFit veterans, he has won the Masters Men Division at the CrossFit Games four times.

Shawn has always loved being active, whether it is in CrossFit, collegiate wrestling, fitness, or gymnastics. He embarked on a mission to establish himself in the sport after realizing he had a flair for CrossFit.

He made significant progress toward his goals over time. Shawn went on a “rampage” after winning his first Masters CrossFit Games, taking first place three more times.

Shawn still sets records in CrossFit despite being in his 40s and has an amazing body. He will undoubtedly continue to do so for years to come.

“I want to participate in the Games as a Masters competitor. I am aware of my alternatives and that I am in my 40s. Simply said, my recuperation isn’t the same. Simply said, I don’t have the physical stamina of a 20-something.

  • 1 cup oats (old-fashioned or steel oats)
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina
  • two protein scoops in vanilla
