Gymnast and YouTuber Sofie Dossi is well-known for her videos and for competing on America Got Talent. She became famous for demonstrating her flexibility and firing arrows with her feet while contorted.

Today, she still does the same contortion when cooking, dressing, and performing strange acts on YouTube. Hey, I’m not judging; she just does it that way.

Since Sofie is a gymnast, the exercise involves floor gymnastics, the use of a resistance band, and other gymnastics-related activities.

I eventually came across a video of Sofie telling her brother to perform the exercise regimen. Although I don’t believe we saw any exercise, the information she provided will be helpful.

Sofie said she runs to the park, works out using only her weight, races back to her house, and then eats a salad. Sofie then performs her gymnastics and other training routines after that.

She doesn’t, however, have a ring, a bench for gymnastics, a bar, or even a horse stand at home. She must thus be visiting the gymnastics gym center virtually every day of the week if she is sticking to the regimen.

Running

If you’re in the training facility, we’ll run a lot for cardio, either on the treadmill or in laps. Your stamina will rise and your legs will become stronger as a result.
