Training

Squats Using A Machine

Sonia Isaza

Sonia loves her glutes, and smith machine squats are one of her go-to exercises for developing lean, muscular legs.

She prefers using a smith machine to perform regular squats since she feels that it isolates her quads, glutes, and hamstrings much better and lessens the strain on her lower back.

Ab Exercise

Exercises for the abs are another of Sonia’s favorites because this is another body part for which she is widely known. Sonia suggests departing from the conventional course of action to create a solid core.

She enjoys performing all weighted stomach exercises, including crunches and hanging leg raises. Cable crunches, with rep ranges of 10 to 14, are one of her favorite ab workouts.
