Sophie, the countess of Wessex is a member of the royal family of England. Her husband is Prince Edward who is the Earl of Wessex and Forfar. Edward is the youngest brother of King Charles III. Sophie spent her childhood days in Brenchley, Kent. She graduated from the West Kent College and later trained as a secretary.
Sophie is 57 years of age now and is the mother of two kids, daughter Lady Louise Windsor and son James Viscount Severn. Sophie has a gorgeous figure and had charmed her fans this Christmas. She was at the Together at Christmas carol concert wearing a Max Mara ‘Custodi Double-Breasted Brushed Wool Coat in Sand White’ and a Reiss ‘Fallon Wool Blend Roll Neck dress in oatmeal’.
While on the Christmas day, she was at Sandringham wearing a new Joseph Fashion ‘Lima Double Face Cashmere Coat’. It was her beauty and great body shape that stunned everyone. What is the secret of it? Jeremiah Daniel, a famous personal trainer and another personal trainer, Martin Sharp gave an insight into her diet and exercise plan.
Sophie’s diet
Jeremiah revealed that the Countess is into healthy eating. She has a holistic approach in order to maintain her physical and mental well-being. She has a number of healthy lifestyle habits in her daily life routine.
Sophie is on a Mediterranean diet but with no strict rules. She is flexible on foods but eats only healthy foods. She tries to maintain a balance of her diet and this helps her overall well-being. Jeremiah said:
“Her diet consists of predominantly natural, unprocessed foods such as vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, and seeds, fish, olive oil, and moderate amounts of red wine.”
“She also avoids foods high in sugar and fats as well as processed and refined foods.”
Sophie has her own garden of organic vegetables. And she cooks meals with fresh and real ingredients.
Martin Sharp, an award-winning personal trainer also revealed that Sophie has great culinary skills and eats mainly plant based foods and lean protein. And when she is on royal duties or even otherwise, Sophie does have an occasional sweet treat. Moreover, the Countess ensures an adequate sleep and keeps herself well-hydrated.
Sophie’s exercise routine
The Countess has a regular exercise routine. She is never bored or tired of it. Her workouts are mainly running, Pilates, and weight training. Sophie also plays tennis for exercise and to burn the excess body fat. Moreover, she also does regular cardiovascular workouts.
Jeremiah revealed that for her mental well-being, Sophie also does other types of exercises. These include reading, journaling, mindfulness and meditation. He said:
‘All this contributes to her slim figure and her healthy lifestyle.”

Martin also disclosed that the Countess loves cycling and has done it as part of charity aid collection in the past. She has completed the 450-mile D-of-E Diamond Challenge from Edinburgh to London in 2016 for helping The Vision Foundation. She also enjoys skiing and horse riding.
