Who Is Stephanie Ayala?
American WBFF Pro Fitness Model World Champion Stephanie Ayala.
She won the Oklahoma City fitness competition, took first place, and received her Pro Card in October 2015. She has since progressed to become a social media and fitness icon.
After months of planning, numerous workouts, and careful diets, Stephanie’s first contest took place in July 2015. Stephanie made a good start, placing third, but her best was yet to come.
Three months later, she earned her WBFF Pro Card, and the following year, she won the WBFF Fitness Model World Championship. Since that time, Stephanie has become stronger and stronger.
She also serves as a posing and preparation instructor for aspiring fitness competitors who hope to follow in her footsteps and compete at the WBFF Pro level.

Stephanie Ayala plans to work out between five and six times each week. Her exercises include classical weightlifting with HIIT cardio. Weightlifting sculpts and forms her muscles, while HIIT aids to lean out her figure.
Her goals determine which exercises she chooses. Stephanie will perform numerous heavy compound exercises like barbell squats and deadlifts if she wants to tone her body.
