Biography of Steve Moriarty
Early Years of Steve
Rahway, New Jersey, a little hamlet, is where Steve was born in 1986. A variety of sports dominated his formative years, but wrestling—which he regarded as his path to becoming his heroes, the “amazing hulk” and “Superman”—became his main obsession when he was 10 years old.
What began as a simple pastime and a way to release his energy became his primary concern. To excel in any physical discipline, he worked extremely hard during his adolescent years.
High school was one of Steve’s major defining experiences that influenced his ambition and tenacity. He was informed that he would never surpass the high school mark for his weight class in the bench press.
Steve Moriarty weighed 95 pounds at the time, and the person who currently held the school record weighed 145 pounds.
He broke the record, putting his entire school in a state of stunned silence, after mustering all of his willpower and the determination to prove everyone wrong. He continued to hold onto the notion that “failure is not an option” after this early success.
Wrestling Harm
In addition to being a skilled weightlifter, Steve was a talented wrestler. Steve intended to bring his wrestling prowess to college.
Unfortunately, his aspirations to compete at the national level in wrestling were dashed by a back ailment and slipped disk.
Steve remembered the doctor’s recommendation to stay away from any contact sports. His dreams of playing professional sports were shattered by this information. He was in shock.
Steve fell into a collegiate drinking and laziness spiral after realizing that his boyhood ideal was no longer attainable.
He said that if I stopped drinking and started working out, I might be able to win the show the following year despite how much I drank.
Steve was “hardly eating,” and he had any sense of direction. Fortunately, a friend who competed in bodybuilding saw that Steve was wasting his potential.
He was urged by this guy to prepare for a university physique competition by becoming in shape. With nothing to lose, Steve started his workout right away.
Bodybuilding Achievement
After his first competition while still in college, Steve developed a “hook” for the sensation of competing against other athletes on stage.
Steve concluded that bodybuilding was his vocation and made additional plans to compete and make it his life.

He has since participated in other bodybuilding competitions, including the prestigious Team Universe Championships, where in 2013 he won the light-heavyweight division.
Expanding Into Modeling
Following his success in the bodybuilding world, Steve chose to explore modeling as a second job. Steve made a trip to the East Coast to pursue his modeling goals.
Since then, he has been captured in photographs by several renowned photographers and has even been on television.
Steve has devoted himself to his work as a personal trainer in addition to his career as a professional model. He has worked with many individuals who want to be in shape as well as other fitness competitors and models.

Practicing Failure
Steve Moriarty has a very strict training schedule because he is a personal trainer, a bodybuilder in competition, and a model. He works out every body part two to three times per week, always pushing himself to the point of exhaustion.

Along with fruits and nuts for his fats, he also adds nutritious carbohydrates like oats.
He consumes the same amount of protein throughout the day and just increases it after his regular workout. Aside from the good fats found in nuts, avocados, and other foods, his carbs are also reduced, and his fat intake is maintained to a minimum.
Supplements
Steve uses protein drinks, creatine, BCAAs, multivitamins, and fish oils as supplements. He occasionally includes a pre-workout beverage to help him get through his taxing workouts.
