Short Career of Tabata Chang
Tabata Chang, a native of Rio de Janeiro, wasn’t always in shape. She spent most of her life doing activities that females her age would do, such as attending social events, eating, and drinking.
But eventually, Tabata grew “tired” of her way of life and decided to start working on herself. “One fine day I decided to take up fitness,” she explains. Training results did not manifest right away, but Tabata persisted.

Multiple Abs Workouts a Week
Tabada typically performs some ab exercises before or following her primary workout. She’ll use heavy weights to exercise them on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Canada will only use her body weight on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last but not least, she will perform functional ab workouts on Fridays that combine bodyweight movements with weights.
Altering Exercise Routines
By switching up her exercise routines every few weeks, Tabata keeps her body from adjusting.

Tabata prefers to refer to her diet as balanced since she dislikes the term “cheat meals.”
In other words, Tabata will occasionally indulge in something tasty in addition to eating meals that are good for her body.
According to Tabata, restricting her nutrition excessively will only stop her from growing and repairing.
She claims that maintaining a casual attitude toward fitness—one that is neither very rigid nor too lax—is the key to long-term improvement.
Stacking Additional Tabatas
Fat burners are a favorite of Tabata’s. Even when she “slacks” with her diet, she believes their thermogenic characteristics still help her shed fat.
