Biography of The Hodgetwins

The Entertainment Industry and the United States Marine Corps

The Hodgetwins were gifted with the talent to entertain people from an early age. They were born and raised in Virginia, USA. They claimed to be “those guys that always made people laugh.”

They did not, however, consider making a career out of this obvious talent while they were young.

At first, they pursued careers in both the U.S. Marine Corps and banking. However, Keith soon concluded that this was not what he intended to pursue for the rest of his life.

He advised Kevin to leave their corporate careers as a result and take a chance on a career in the entertainment business.

As the brothers put it, “the rest is history” when Kevin consented. The Hodgetwins decided to start releasing videos about training and nutrition since they have always been strong supporters of the fitness lifestyle. They added their own “unique spin” to the content.

Their “edgy” humor and excellent personalities helped their videos soon become popular all over the world. The brothers then began to discuss other subjects. For instance, a video commentary, a candid photograph, or a current events remark.

Getting Results

By 2014, Hodgetwins had achieved global acclaim and were gaining a sizable following each month. They began to participate in small-scale TV programs and some advertisements, which helped them establish their image and launch a clothing line.

In the hopes of one day appearing on the big screen, Kevin and Keith are still pursuing their ambitions. The twins on the rise are poised to keep audiences entertained for years to come, according to some of their devoted supporters.

Hodgetwins are posing for a professional picture shoot, displaying their toned upper bodies while maintaining a serious demeanor for the camera.

Everybody’s body responds differently to various exercises, nutrition, volume, and rep ranges since we are all unique.

What functions for one person may not function for another. In the advice we offer to people, we are quite explicit about that. To achieve your fitness goals, you may occasionally need to combine several different methods or workouts.

Training of The Hodgetwins

Every bodily component gets two weeks of work from them. Their rep range varies depending on the exercise they perform.

They’ll perform 5-8 repetitions if it’s a complicated movement. They’ll perform 8–12 repetitions of isolated exercises like cable flies and bicep curls.

The brothers also said they never train to failure since they don’t think it’s required for the best muscle growth.

Swap out for squats

They suffered back injuries while serving in the Marine Corps. They stopped performing workouts like squats and deadlifts in the gym as a result.

They needed to discover a substitute for these compound exercises, something that would strengthen their legs just as well as squats and deadlifts did.

They discovered that high-volume leg exercises such as leg presses, lunges, leg extensions, and lying leg curls produced outcomes that were comparable to those of standard squats.

Nutrition

Unusual Macros

They surprisingly consume only 120–140 grams of protein daily. Kevin says that this is because they would need to consume about 210 grams of protein if they consumed one gram of protein for every pound of their body weight. Which Kevin thinks is “far too much” for their kidneys and colon to handle.

The twins claim that consuming less protein is what helps them the most. along with a 2,500-calorie consumption per day.

They typically do not count lipids and carbohydrates. According to Kevin, they always make an effort to estimate their daily carbohydrate intake. when attempting to consume all of their recommended daily fats at once.

Make sure you consume adequate protein after determining how many calories you need to maintain growth.

Sometimes it’s quite simple to eat carbohydrates because they are in everything, and you can get all the fat you need for the day in one meal. Hodgetwins.

Eater’s Guidelines

Hodgetwins adhere to the following dietary guidelines when they desire to lose weight:

  • 1st Rule: The main protein sources should be eggs and lean meats like chicken and beef.
  • 2nd Rule: Best carbs are vegetables, potatoes, rice, and legumes.
  • 3rd Rule: Always aim to eat home-cooked meals. If that’s not possible, then a healthy option from a restaurant menu will do.
  • 4th Rule: When they want to lose weight, Hodgetwins eat between 1800-2000 calories per day.
  • 5th Rule: Alongside their 1800-2000 calorie limit, they also restrict their carb intake to 50 grams or less 2 or 3 days out of the week.
  • 6th Rule: Eat around 6 small meals each day.
