Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut competes professionally for both the Belgian national team and the Spanish club Real Madrid.

Thibaut completed Genk’s youth program with a young group, and at the age of 18, he significantly contributed to the team’s triumph in the Belgian Pro League.

Thibaut Courtois joined Chelsea in July 2011 for a reported £ 8 million, and he was then immediately given a loan to Atlético Madrid.

He won the Copa del Rey in 2013, the Europa League in 2012, and the La Liga championship in 2014 in three seasons.

For his efforts in two subsequent seasons, Thibaut also received the Ricardo Zamora Trophy as La Liga’s top goalkeeper.

In his first season back at Chelsea after leaving in July 2014, Courtois helped the team win the league cup and Premier League championship.

Thibaut made his senior international debut in October 2011, making him the youngest goalie to play for Belgium.

Since then, he has amassed more than 60 caps and has competed in the UEFA Euro 2016, the 2014 FIFA World Cup, and the 2018 FIFA World Cup, where he won the Golden Glove as Belgium’s best goalkeeper in the competition.

Diet Of Thibaut, Well-Balanced Diet

Although Thibaut has a reputation for being a finicky eater, he consumes a well-balanced diet rich in proteins and nutrients. Comparatively, this is more gratifying than junk food.

When he started working out, Thibaut Courtois was quite concentrated. He worked two hours a day, six days a week, and arrived at the gym on time.

He worked out in the gym to increase his muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility. Thibaut Courtois includes sprinting and cycling in addition to his normal gym regimen.

He spent some time working on his cycle to make use of those extra hours.

Thibaut Courtois’ routine is straightforward but dedicated, and you need it. Play games you enjoy playing and put up your best effort.
