Pre-wedding diet
Many couples start crash diet to lose weight before wedding day. But experts advise against such pre-wedding crash diets. A pre-wedding diet should be healthy and not restrictive. It should be balanced and not cause nutritional deficiencies.
It should be a mini-meal policy. That means small portions of meals at frequent intervals in the day. Every 3 hours a small meal is advisable. Moreover, try to have early supper before 7.30 pm. Also, one can have cheat meals. But this should stop one month before the D day. Have 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. And exercise daily for 45 minutes. This should include a half an hour of brisk walking daily. Also, stay happy and avoid alcoholic drinks.
Be well-hydrated
Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily. Carry a water bottle with a sipper with you. One can also have lemon juice with no sugar, coconut water, watery fruits, or vegetable juice. Have lots of colorful foods in form of fruits and vegetables. Include green leaves in your diet.

One can have lean protein during this time. It helps lose weight and keeps you filled. Hunger pangs are less. Legumes, beans, lentils are good sources of proteins. Lean meat, eggs, poultry and fish are also protein rich.

Have nuts, seeds, seafoods for omega 3 fatty acids. These boost skin and hair health.
Raw foods
Raw vegetable and fruit salad is good. Heating can kill some vital vitamins. Eating raw ensures their intactness and consumption.
