On November 14, 2021, Tom Segura, a prominent comedian, and his wife Christina Pazsitzky celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary. On the 629th edition of their podcast Your Mom’s House, the duo talked about how they should mark the occasion.
Before they got to the subject, Tom Segura and his partner talked about their history together and how they felt like they had been married for a very long time.
Segura said, “I feel like there are fossils of when we met.” Pazsitzky responded, “I feel like I’m always on an elliptical machine like you. You know how one minute of that time is so awful.”
The comic then altered the subject by explaining why they were even keeping track of the time. Counting anniversaries, he said, was similar to counting breaths. Redundant.
Pazsitzky altered the topic of the conversation by asking what they should do on their wedding anniversary to stand by her partner. She said they hadn’t even been able to take a night off because they had been so busy. She then suggested that they exchange gifts while keeping the circumstances in mind.
The mother-of-two claimed that she had already ordered something for her husband online and requested Segura to purchase her a nice undergarment. The 45-year-old went on to say that lace ought to be a recurring theme in their presents.
Segura offered the humorous suggestion that they could spend the night away from their children by providing food and drink. He swiftly added that the kids would be afraid without their parents.
“I think that’s the kind [of the incident] that knocks you up for life,” his wife chipped in on the notion. Sure, it’s not a funny joke, Segura admitted.
What Happened When Tom Met His Wife?
In the 1990s, Segura and his wife first connected as comics. They first continued to be friends because Pazsitzky was already committed to her then-boyfriend. Segura used to attend events and festivities with Pazsitzky and her boyfriend.
Segura moved in after Pazsitzky split up with her partner months earlier. They connected right away. Before being married on November 14, 2008, they dated for four years.
Following their nuptials, the couple welcomed their sons Ellis and Julian into their family. However, they have kept their sons’ identities a secret and have avoided sharing any images of them on social media.
Having said that, the Ohio native frequently brings up his kids in his programs and podcasts. He said his youngsters have great personalities while hosting his 2 Bears, 1 Cave podcast in October 2021.
When recounting how his older son nearly forced fellow comedian Bert Kreischer to drink toilet water, Segura referred to him as a prankster. He continued by saying that his younger kid had also picked up on tricking people at a very young age.
