Biography

Young Ages and Injury

Tomas was an energetic child who was born in Zilina, Slovakia, not far from the Czech and Polish borders. When he was 12 years old, in 1997, he was enrolled in a soccer academy after developing into a promising player in his community.

However, due to ruptured ankle ligaments, his soccer career was drastically cut short. In 2004, when Tomas was 19 years old, the news that his injuries prevented him from playing soccer any longer saddened him.

But there was still hope for the young person.

Bodybuilding

Tomas used weights as a component of his recovery while he was injured and on the sidelines. By the time he was healthy again, he had developed a love for working out in the gym and had decided to start building the body of his dreams.

Tomas worked out consistently for the following two years, striving to develop a desirable physique.

Inaugural Competition

At the age of 21, Tomas had developed a fantastic figure by 2006. He became known as a promising bodybuilder, and a personal trainer approached him and urged him to compete.

The Slovakian was inspired by the coach, so he took the advice, and before long he was taking the stage at a nearby bodybuilding competition. Tomas impressively won first place and took home the award.

He was inspired by this triumph to seek a career in the fitness sector after understanding his ability. He improved his performance by further molding his body to compete in national contests.

State Champion

Tomas returned from two years of rigorous training stronger than ever. The teenage athlete finished second in his first national competition, the 2008 Slovak Championships, against much more seasoned and older competitors.

However, Tomas won the 2009 Slovakian Grand Prix and brought home his second trophy the following year. He competed in 7 more events over the following 5 years, taking first or second place in every one of them while winning 5 of them.

In his native nation, Tomas had successfully achieved the title of national champion. He wasn’t finished, though.

The Slovakian bodybuilder had his sights set on becoming a pro in a sport.

Card Pro

Tomas was well-known in the bodybuilding community as a result of his outstanding achievements. His best work, nevertheless, was yet to come.

The Slovakian athlete, who had won multiple national events to qualify for the 2015 Mr. Olympia Amateur show, now had the opportunity to realize his dream of receiving his Pro Card.

Tomas entered the stage at his greatest tournament to date with strong expectations of winning. And he did that.

Tomas defeated the world’s top amateur bodybuilders to win the Mr. Olympia Amateur trophy at the age of 30. But he would go with more than just pride.

Tomas had obtained his Pro Card nine years after starting his fitness adventure. He had accomplished his goal of turning into a professional bodybuilder.

Professional Life

Tomas joined his first professional events, the 2016 IFBB ACE Championship and the 2016 Arnold Classic Europe, right away, still on a high after his triumph.

Despite not succeeding, he finished a very creditable second in both competitions.

Training

Tomas Tabaciar exercises more frequently than other bodybuilders, up to 13 times per week. He believes that his body responds best to training different muscle groups every morning and evening.

To stay in shape, Tomas attempts to fit in at least 15 minutes of cardio each day on the treadmill.

Nutrition

Tomas Tabaciar is a strong proponent of eating healthily and thinks that victories are achieved in the kitchen. He bases his meal preparation on lean proteins, leafy greens, and complex carbohydrates.

The Slokavian athlete consumes up to six meals daily to maintain his body fueled and prepared for growth.
