Valkyrae Exercise Program
So I went and looked into the exercise program and discovered some information about her history.
Long-time fitness enthusiast Valkyrae quit working out in 2017 and completely lost all of her muscle mass as a result of some difficult circumstances in her personal life. She even drastically reduced her weight, coming in at barely 97 pounds.
But after that, she started exercising once more, and things were going well for a while. She didn’t lose shape up until last year, but she wasn’t in the best of mental form.
Valkyrae went through some difficult periods because of her excessive workload and the strain of streaming for hours. She is now taking a break and will be a better person when she returns.
In terms of exercise, She enjoys weight training and other bodyweight routines that mostly target her lower body and core.
On her Instagram, She has posted a few updates about the events. We’re all eagerly awaiting Valkyrae’s fitness and diet videos. She only provided these videos for the time being, but perhaps we will see them soon.

She hasn’t talked much about her eating habits; perhaps she did so in a stream, but I don’t know. On her Instagram, I was unable to find anything that could be construed as a diet plan, though.
